RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging, including all protective materials, dust bags, and boxes.
Items must not show any signs of wear, use, or damage.
RETURN SHIPPING
Australia
We offer complimentary returns within 14 days of delivery for all Australian orders.
United States
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Canada
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Europe
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges, duties and taxes are non-refundable.
This applies to orders shipped to Italy, Austria, France, Germany, Netherlands, Ireland, Belgium and Luxembourg.
Switzerland
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges, duties and taxes are non-refundable.
RETURN REQUEST
To request a return, please contact us at hello@paolah.com quoting your order number.
All returns must be authorised prior to being sent back. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.
Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
PROCESSING TIME
Once your return has been received and inspected, please allow 3–7 business days for processing.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, funds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to change your item, we recommend returning your original order for a refund and placing a new order separately.
SALE ITEMS
Items purchased during promotional periods may be returned in accordance with this policy.
Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable are not eligible for return or refund.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
IMPORTANT
Items that do not meet the above conditions may not be eligible for a return or refund.
