All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars) and are subject to change without notice. Prices are inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected. Once an order is placed, we may not be able to modify or cancel it. We also reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per person, household, or order.
6. SHIPPING
We offer complimentary standard shipping within Australia. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location and external factors. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.
7. RETURNS
We offer complimentary returns within 14 days of delivery for all orders within Australia. To request a return, please contact us at hello@paolah.com with your order number. Returns must be approved prior to being sent back. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.
